The form routes your business into the correct MCC programme depending on whether MCC performs the carbon clean or your business already operates its own machine.

Applications are reviewed by MCC before portal access is activated. Workshop Partner, Network Provider and Franchise models remain separate commercial programmes.

Carbon-cleaning service model

Your answer here determines which MCC programme applies.

MCC Workshop Partner
Your workshop offers/recommends MCC carbon cleaning, books through the portal and MCC performs the service. Your workshop earns through the applicable partner pricing level.
MCC Network Carbon Cleaning Provider
Your business already operates its own machine. MCC may send carbon-cleaning customers into your service area. The customer pays MCC, your business performs the service, and MCC pays your agreed provider payout after successful completion.

The network fee applies only to MCC-generated carbon-cleaning jobs. The commercial amount displayed on each offer is fixed for that referral.

How the relationship works

Clear commercial expectations before you accept the agreement.

You send carbon-cleaning work to MCC.
MCC performs the service while your workshop earns through partner pricing.
MCC can send workshop work back.
Suitable service, diagnostic and mechanical opportunities may be referred into the partner network.
No compulsory monthly minimum. Partner levels are performance targets that determine pricing; referral volume is not guaranteed.
MCC supplies the customer.
MCC manages the referral and customer payment. Your business performs the carbon clean with its own machine.
You see your payout before accepting.
The MCC network fee reduces as qualifying monthly MCC-generated volume increases.
Your own direct customers remain yours. MCC's network fee applies to MCC-generated referrals. MCC-introduced carbon-cleaning customers remain within the MCC network for the protection period stated in the agreement.
